Please Read ACIM Lesson #276
The Word of God is given me to speak.
The outlook for this world seems bleak --
Goodness is on a losing streak,
Reality has sprung a leak,
The power of love seems weak,
So God's Words we now must speak.
God's Word -- it's time to hear it --
We must love it and not fear it --
We know we're pure in spirit --
If there's sickness we must cure it --
Is it too much of a bother
To give thanks to your Father?
Well, don't be forlorn:
In God's Name you were born.
No matter how you try
This truth you can't deny:
Though you're frustrated in love
You were created in love.
Look upon a star
And be sure of who you are --
You've come so very far,
But it's time to raise the bar.
Oh Lord, Your Word is mine --
I've known it all the time --
Thanks for peace of mind,
And for Your Love so kind.
And now my soul confesses --
I don't even need three guesses --
I want to celebrate successes --
It's us God loves and blesses.
