My grievances hide the
light of the world in me.
light of the world in me.
The truth is stark:
We're standing in the dark,
So it's time to reveal
What grievances conceal --
When you're true and real,
God's love you will feel.
In God we're abiding,
It's us He is guiding,
In you I'm confiding:
Our own light we're hiding.
Don't just preach what's right,
Go inside and share your light!
Each of us can lift the veil
So we don't have to live in hell.
It's time to save each other;
It's time to save your brother;
It's time to stop our tears --
Let go of all our fears --
With light, the shadow disappears.
The light in you
Is nothing new --
Wherever you go
Your light will show --
So do what's right,
And share your light.
You don't need to hide
That light inside:
You'll always feel good
Doing what you should --
You'll have more fun
When God's Will is done.
So accept with resignation
The truth of your creation:
There is no condemnation --
You only have salvation.
