Only God's plan for salvation will work.

God says: "I need you --
   We have a lot of work to do --
Only my words are true."

Ego says: "Your future's planned --
   Follow my plan,
Or your life is damned."

But you can't accept Salvation
   Believing in your own damnation --
The plan of the ego is deranged:
   It expects other people to change.

The ego's image of you
   Is nothing but untrue --
God has a plan for you too,
   And only it will do.

The ego brings you misery
   For now and all eternity --
God's Plan will set you free
   To be all you can be.

God wants you 
   To be your Self,
And change how 
   You see yourself --
This is how 
   You free your Self.

So quiet your mind
   And open your ears,
The passing of time
   Will end your fears.

Then it's guaranteed --
   God's Plan will succeed --
You have no other choice,
   So listen to His Voice.

Your function in life 
   You cannot shirk:
Only God's Plan 
   For salvation will work.
