Please Read ACIM Lesson #305
There is a peace that Christ bestows on us.
True peace and salvation
Are the dream of every nation,
And all humanity has striven
To earn what God has given.
When we open up our hearts,
This fleeting world departs.
God's Light develops us,
As His Peace envelops us --
The world disappears
And so do our fears.
How can we dare
To compare
The peace of Christ
To things not nice?
Christ's peace is not disturbable --
He makes us imperturbable,
And it doesn't take a sleuth
To know His Peace is Truth.
No longer need we run from Love,
For now we've finally come to Love --
Always we will keep
His loving peace so deep.
It's a funny feeling
When you know Christ's healing --
If your life is aimless,
He'll make you blameless --
His Gifts are nameless,
And His Joys are changeless.
