Please Read ACIM Lesson #248
Whatever suffers is not part of me.
Here's a truth from the heart of me:
Whatever suffers isn't part of me --Whenever we grieve it causes confusion,
Because pain is just a mental illusion.
And we don't need to wonder why,
Because True Self will never die --
To not believe this is a lie --
It's time to let your spirit fly.
You're not just a body that you see --
You're a spirit with immortality.
When you know your true identity,
This simple truth will set you free.
Before the dawn of history,
There was only truth and unity
Of you and me and all we see,
So let's share in creativity,
And God's eternal purity.
Reject the man-made concepts
That lead to all false precepts,
And kneel before God's Feet
Where we release all our deceit.
It's time to recollect true love,
And time now to collect His Love --
Disown all things that are untrue --
Nothing false is part of you.
